Statement

The information kept by Murphyroch.com is the minimum amount required to complete your purchase. We do not store any of your information on our web site. We do not share, sell, or distribute in any way personal information such as e-mail, phone number, address etc.  

If you choose to pay by credit card we use a secure server to collect your credit card number. The secure server is provided by a third party company specializing in handling credit card transactions over the internet. A secure server encrypts all information being sent from your computer to the secure sever.

Where required, shipping and handling is free or included in the purchase price.

Returns and

Refunds

All sales are final on our CD's. Damaged or defective CDs will be replaced free of charge. Please visit our MP3 page to hear samples from them. Membership dues, registrations fees, and tickets are not refundable.
